Tomorrow Fund LLC ("Tomorrow Fund", "Company", "We") collects information necessary to maintain member equity capital accounts, facilitate ACH/bank transactions, and maintain compliance under the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis. Information collected includes your full legal name, contact details, tax identification or passport numbers (where required for LLC membership registration), linked bank account routing details, and transaction history.

2. Use of Information

Member information is strictly utilized to:

  • Establish and manage member capital accounts and voting ownership.
  • Execute member-directed deposit and withdrawal instructions (ACH/wire).
  • Distribute monthly dividend statements and accounting reports.
  • Protect club assets against unauthorized access or fraud.

3. Data Protection & Security

We employ enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit and at rest. Financial tokens used for ACH bank transfers are processed via secure FDIC-insured partner banking institutions and compliant payment gateways. We never store raw banking credentials on accessible web servers.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Tomorrow Fund operates under strict Nevis LLC privacy provisions. Member identity and capital account balances are kept confidential and are never sold, rented, or commercialized to third-party marketers or brokers.
